Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service Skills? Last Saturday my husband and I went to Marina Cay, British Virgin Islands to 'hang out'. We went to the bar to have a few drinks. A few minutes later a group of about nine people walked into the restaurant and were seated. The bartender was mixing a drink so we waited to be served.

About ten minutes passed and we realized that we were not being attended to and the lady did not even acknowledge our presence. Well my husband and I coolly walked out of the bar and headed for the next ferry out of there!!!!

The Manager attempted to get us to return to the restaurant and have a meal on the house, but we were adamant that we were not returning. However, we did not allow the sitution to spoil our day!
