The best customer service is the one which should make the customer feel happy and delightful. The customer's urgent needs are the major concern.
I want to share my experience with the British Telecom customer services. I would say that it's the best service that any one can get. It was on a particular day when I was in need of the broadband connection which had not been working for the past 3 days.
I called customer service. I was so irrated when I started to speak to the agent. But the way he apologized for the problem, and the way he empathized with me made me cool down about my issues. He made me feel very happy that my issues would get resolved.
That kind of confidence one should get whenever they call any customer service. Anyways, the man whom I spoke with made a very good attempt to resolve my issues, and at last, he found that it was something wrong on my laptop and not with BT.
Also the man was so energetic and lively that he made me feel so happy about British Telecom services.
He did not stop with that, but called me back on the next day and followed it up. I am really very much pleased with the services that I received.
Likewise, all customer services should be faster, more reliable, and make others feel confident and happy.
Also, good customer service is all about bringing customers back, and about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about their business along to others.
Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business.
